Ron & Fran Flanders

Ron and I were high school sweethearts and have been married 49 years in 2011.  Our children and grandchildren are the biggest reason we keep dreaming and working our Vitamark Business.

We want Vitamark to be here for them when we are gone from this earth.  We have four wonderful daughters (and their families) that have joined us as Vitamark Partners and that makes the time we spend with our business even more enjoyable. The best part: Our children are raising our grandchildren to be good users of the Vitamark products.

In 1972, Ron went to work for the Enron Corporation and we moved to central Kansas where he worked for 30 years.  So you can see that prior to starting our Vitamark business, Ron and I were working in traditional business.  We were looking forward to a really nice retirement salary as well as having many $$$ of stock and savings to see us through our retirement years.  Four months before he retired, the company collapsed and our retirement salary, stock and savings were gone.  Because of our affiliation with Vitamark, we have replaced our retirement.  With Vitamark we have a greater income and we love working for a boss that truly cares for the employee…ourselves!  Vitamark is the only place where YOU determine just how much you want to be paid for the week!

We are some of the luckiest people in Network Marketing.  It was sheer luck that we were in the right place at the right time when a new company was being created.   We knew the people that were starting this new venture in 2002 and knowing them was enough for us to want to be involved.  Building a successful business in Vitamark has to do with consistency. Early on we simply followed the mentoring of people that are Icons in the business; those Icons being the Mitchams, Bertrands, and the Schreiters.  Now, we dedicate at least 10 hours a week to our own business, and are available to all our organization as needed.

Setting goals and believing that we will attain them has made our business what it is. Beyond goals we have made commitments:  That we will never turn back; We will never miss a function; We will be 100% loyal to Vitamark; We will not just be in Vitamark — we will be active in Vitamark, for the rest of our lives.

As Will Rogers said; “Even if you are on the right track, you’ll get run over if just sit there.” My wall-poster says, “You are the steamroller or you are the pavement.”  Which are you?

A Firm Foundation

Vitamark is a true reflection of our beliefs and our trust in our God. We truly believe that God gave us this lifetime ministry to reach others with the life-changing products. I know the products keep our family healthy and we want to let everyone know about the benefits of Vitamark. Our partners are our extended family who we love and appreciate very much.

I truly believe our success comes from training, personal development (books and tapes) and the functions at all levels. Every rally or meeting is important to your business.  The Vitamark Convention is the most important event every year. Decisions are made and goals set for the speed of your business for the next year. If you do nothing else, start making your plans now to be at the convention. Remember, your group will do what you do. If you want them focusing on Vitamark and sponsoring, then you need to do it too.  We always tell our new people that Vitamark gives back more than you give to it. However, you have to remember it is net WORK marketing and if you do the work, you are handsomely paid for your efforts.

Don’t Give Up On Your Dreams

We often think of spring as the true beginning of the year.  Spring is a time of promise and growth and a season of possibilities.  We encourage everyone to make a list of the Top 25 Reasons they want to be Diamond and post it all over their house. It should be full of dreams and goals.  Diamond is where it really gets good in Vitamark!

You have got to believe that positive, good things can happen to you. You’ve got to have high hopes and fully embrace the attitude of an optimist in life. Whenever we experience a twinge of doubt, we remind ourselves that nothing good comes from being negative. We always look at the glass or pipeline as half full, never half empty. Who’s responsible for filling our pipeline with prospects? We are! If we do a little work every day, it blesses us exponentially in the future. Always follow the agenda of your prospect and make their needs the ones that you meet. Then, when you sponsor them, you now have the responsibility of teaching them how to get their Vitamark business started right. When this happens, your organization will grow and there is nothing you can do to stop it. Vitamark is an amazing company. I urge you to share it with everyone you meet.

Ron and I are looking to the future and that future includes Vitamark. We will keep building our organization and we are especially excited to have more Diamonds breaking in our organization. We love having our partners qualify for the Vitamark Leadership trips.  Momentum is happening right now in our group and new leaders are emerging. The best part of a Vitamark week is to see one of our partners reach a new pin level and get a bigger check. Awesome!

We are successful because we have a Corporate Team that is with us every step of the way.  The Vitamark support staff is always courteous, very supportive, and very good at solutions.
